Lucas Ranfranz is from Balch Springs, Texas, and is majoring in Political Science with a certificate in Persian & Iranian Studies. On campus, he co-founded the Yale Undergraduate Journal of Religion, is a member of the Polish Students Society, and serves as a lector at Saint Thomas More. He spends his summers interning with the Department of Justice, where his current work focuses on hostage recovery.
In his free time, Lucas enjoys photography, coin collecting, and listening to music in languages he can’t understand. He’s looking forward to welcoming the Class of 2030 to Pierson, the best residential college!
