The Pierson Knight Club is the place to be Sunday through Thursday nights (10:30pm-12:30am). Not only can students enjoy cheap and delicious eats late at night, but also they can hang out with friends and fellow Piersonites. This student-run café serves everything from smoothies to quesadillas. Students are not only in charge of the cooking, but student managers manage stocking food and buttery operations as well. Stop in and enjoy the late night vibes! If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to our Buttery Managers, Avah Swartz and Patton Hahn.
